In order to become or stay tax-exempt, all businesses must complete this form and upload their seller permit. Once your permit is verified you will receive an email notifying you that you are tax exempt.

Please note: If you do not see sales tax applied to your order then you are in a state that we currently do not have nexus in and therefore do not require you to submit this form. The states in which we have nexus updates regularly so this is subject to change at any point.
