Initially due to the nature of ups surepost shipping my package got lost in limbo somewhere between ups & usps. At first I had some trouble getting ahold of costumer support BUT as soon as I did get ahold of them they VERY quickly rectified the situation & sent a reshippment at no cost to me & were even kind enough to throw in an extra blend not included in the pack (thank you!) So delivery issues aside I was happy with this purchase.

As for the products themselves the Durban & sour D certainly were lacking in that “umf” you’d expect & I’ve come accustomed to with these blends. The lemon however was spot on, both the lemon OG & the extra super lemon haze they tossed in. While I don’t think I’ll be ordering the Denver pack again I will certainly be trying out the other blends they have to offer & would recommend floraplex to anyone in the market for Terps. Thank you again for rectifying a situation despite being at no fault, much appreciated!
